Hauntings or Ghostly Sightings

After reading through my Blog, we have established that Ghosts/ Spirits do indeed exist. Sometimes a person who passes on will choose to return to the place that they were happiest.There are many reports of ghosts haunting houses for example, remember most of the time they mean you no harm, in fact you should feel honored that they want to be there and usually they just want to be left in peace, so try not to fear any apparitions you might see. I had an old lady in my house once and started to take comfort in the fact that I  had company. Although talking to them does make you seem a little crazy to any onlooker.

 There are even famous ghosts, for example, Elvis has been seen often at the Las Vegas Hilton
John Lennon has been sighted at the entrance of the Dakota Building where he resided and Marilyn Monroe's ghost haunts the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Hollywood Boulevard.

Remember though there is good and bad in everything and if you do happen to encounter an unfriendly spirit you call me, or say a prayer and sprinkle lilac water around the room, can't say why but lilac really works

Cleansing the body through Meditation

Why Meditate? To get rid of negative energy and to unify the body, mind and spirit.
I have spoken on Auras (see my post on Your Aura) the Aura is connected to your body by seven energy Vortexes of the body called Chakras, these are namely the crown chakra, the third eye, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus, the sacral and the base chakra. These Chakras and your Aura work together to maintain balance, harmony and health.

 Now we will take the basic technique of meditation a step further. Sit quietly, breath deeply, and imagine liquid white light falling down and penetrating your Aura. Allow this liquid light to fill your Aura and flow into your heart chakra, when you are filled with this light energy you will start to feel potential and power.Next concentrate on the white light enveloping your throat chakra, then move to the third eye and the crown. once all these chakras are glowing with light, try connecting them in a continuous spinning loop of energy, then breath deeply and open your eyes. It gets easier with practice.

If you can master the ancient art of meditation, you will find unbelievable clarity of mind and be able to eventualy reach the state of  ' no mind' ( see my post on no mind ) where anything becomes possible and miracles happen. x

These words have always inspired me and I wanted to share them with you, be happy, don"t be around people who bring you down, love yourself and you will draw love towards you. Beauty comes from your soul, not your outward appearance. have you ever met anyone who at first appearance does not seem very attractive  but after speaking to them for a while you start to think that they are possibly one of the most interesting, beautiful, people you have ever met? because they are confident in themselves, happy with themselves and that is the image they project.

So start to see the world differently, don't just moan that it's raining again, run out side and feel the rain on your face, don't just look at the grass, lie on it and smell the earth, hear the wind , hear the birds and insects, and be impulsive.If your job makes you miserable- leave, find something that will make you happy, remember it is your life, you are the captain of your own ship and no one can make you happy but yourself x

Reincarnation -Relationships and Soul Mates, do they exist?

I have spoken about Reincarnation and why, when we die, our Aura / Spirit is sometimes attached to another physical body and sent back to Earth. Your Spirit / Auric body/ Subconcious remembers everything you did in your past life (Karma, everything we do in this life determines who we are in the next) I believe this is why Geniuses are born. Say for instance, that you were a brilliant Pianist in your last life, your Subconcious has not forgotten this talent and you may very well remember everything you learnt before ( A child Genius)
Have you ever walked into a building or been somewhere and felt that you have been there before?You probably have.

Fears and Phobias are also born from experiences in our past lives.If someone is petrified of heights for no reason,chances are that they died falling off a building or cliff in their past life.
Nothing is coincidence.

Relationships and Soul Mates 


Our Aura/ Spirit is a strong energy force that picks up energy all around us. If you are really attracted to someone it is because your Auras connect (Almost like two magnets) It can work the other way as well, Have you ever met someone and instantly disliked them? That is because your Auras are not connecting.
In love it is not looks or words that matter but how powerful the energy force is between two people. That is a love that will last.





A Soul Mate is different, to me, that is someone you loved dearly in your past life and ever since you were reborn your Spirit has been searching for that same person. I believe some people are lucky enough to find them again. This is the most powerful love of all.

The Place of "No Mind"

The state of  "No Mind" is reached through the art of Meditation, it is a void, a place of enlightenment and peace. When one is able to reach this state anything becomes possible, for there is nothing as powerful as the mind.

Buddhists use the technique of "No Mind" so they may be able to see the world as it is, that is, with a mind that has no grasping thoughts or feelings (Sanskrit trishna).
The state of "No Mind" is also used in the practice of Witchcraft. When the mind becomes this powerful it can be used for Good (helping others) or it can be used for Evil ( Black magick) Both as strong as the other.
You see there is no great secret to magick, whether it is having the ability to bend spoons with your mind, being able to cure illness (faith healing) or casting spells...

What any true Occultist would not want you to know is that Magick is as real as the mind x.

The Pentacle - The Meaning of the Pentacle

I have to write a post to dispel the belief that a Pentacle is Evil, a sign of the Devil or Satanic.A Pentacle has five points, these points represent the Four Elements, being Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, the Fith point represents the Spirit. The circle binds these Elements together to create life, this makes the Pentacle a sign of protection and is very comforting to me.It is used in Witchcraft, which I will be talking about later, so I feel I have to explain that it is far from evil.

However, there is good and bad in everything, there is good and bad magic too, both are very powerful.
The Pentacle usually has one point facing up to show Spiritual dominance over the material world.
Satanists will use the Pentacle with two points facing up and the goats head inside, taking something beautiful and turning it into something bad, much the same as the upside down cross.

Ghosts - Spirits

As I mentioned in my Introduction, I am able to see people who have passed, so yes, Ghosts / Spirits do indeed exist.
Your Spirit is not a white form that pops out of your body when you die, as depicted in so many movies. The light leaving the body is your Aura, the energy all around you (see my post on auras)
Your Auric body - your real body, leaves when your physical body or vessel dies, remember your physical body is only a reflection of your Auric body, your spirit, your real body. You live on. Either you move up to a higher plain or be attached to another physical body to be born again (See my post on Spiritualism)

 Many people pass away with unfinished business and try to contact loved ones. This is possible, the Aura is made up of energy which can project an image of their physical body, making themselves visible, Ghosts...
Sadly most people are closed off to the idea that we can see these images, but every one of us has this ability, think about it, how often have you seen movement out of the corner of your eye, or felt as though you are not alone, that is because you are not. When you suddenly think about a loved one who has passed on, it is because they are with you at that time, you are feeling their energy, they are probably just trying to comfort you, or give you moral support. Someone might even be trying to get a message through to you or someone close to you. Most people who have passed just need their family to know that they still exist, even though their physical body is no longer.



Your Auric body, your Aura ( you) is made up of energy, if  that energy is strong enough, it can connect with the Auric bodies of people who have passed on. Once you open your mind and heart to this amazing possibility, you will be able to communicate with the dead. It is that simple x
